По результатам XVIII синхронного турнира «Кубок Городов» (в части соревнования городов) Краснодар занял довольно высокое итоговое 12 место, уступив лишь российским Самаре, Воронежу, Санкт-Петербургу, Москве, и, по сути, еще три раза Москве (Зеленограду, Реутову, Долгопрудному), а также зарубежным признанным центрам ЧГК — Риге, Киеву, Минску и Тель-Авиву. Это даёт нашему городу право выставить три команды в спецзачёт Открытого кубка России в грядущем декабре, по итогам которого будут определяться участники Чемпионата России — 2017. Так как «Луна-Парк» уже отобрался на Чемпионат России — 2017 по итогам Чемпионата России — 2016 эти три места получают команды занявшие в окончившемся накануне XX Открытом Чемпионате Краснодара места со второго по четвёртое — «Форс-мажор», «Ни стыда, ни совеcти» и «Inside».
